  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools, tracking campaign progress and reporting on results to sales leadership
  • Develop deep and trusted relationships with customers across the region, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Aerospace, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales within the aviation industry in the LATAM region, with a proven track record of successfully executing sales campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues to groups outside of your team or those who are unfamiliar with the topic, including non-technical stakeholders within governmental organizations
  • Have confidence and be able to easily build relationships with leadership and colleagues outside of your team, including executives and decision-makers at all levels within ANSPs, airlines, and governmental bodies
  • Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions and come up with out-of-the-box solutions in complex sales environments
