If you are experienced in marketing operations, enterprise‑level digital marketing ecosystems, and have advanced expertise with marketing automation technologies, then you will be excited about the opportunity to join Iridium as a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager on our Global Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for independently managing complex systems, processes, and cross‑functional initiatives that power demand generation, digital engagement, and data‑driven marketing strategy.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will focus primarily on architecting scalable workflows, optimizing martech tools, and governing the data that fuels automated customer journeys and account‑based marketing motions. You will succeed in this role if you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, crafting efficient processes, and partnering closely with teams across marketing, sales, analytics, and IT to elevate digital performance.
This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer. The role typically requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer.

Under Iridium’s Hybrid Work Policy, employees are expected to work at least three days per week (approximately 60%) in an Iridium office to support collaboration, relationship-building, and professional growth.
