If you are experienced in government proposals and capture management within the Federal marketplace and have 10+ years of experience, then you will be excited about the USG Proposal Manager opening with Iridium on our Business Development team. As a USG Proposal Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple activities and projects, including those with cross-functional teams, to support and enhance Iridium’s government proposal and capture efforts. In this role, you will be tasked primarily with leading proposal development from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables, while also supporting strategic capture initiatives to position Iridium for future opportunities. You will succeed in this role if you have a strong understanding of Federal proposal processes, thrive under tight deadlines, and can collaborate effectively across teams to produce compelling and compliant proposal submissions.
This position requires an active/current Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer. The role typically requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer.
