What We’re Looking For:

Are you passionate about ensuring the Industrial Security and well-being of a company's employees, contractors, and vendors? Do you want to be part of a team committed to maintaining the highest security standards? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our Compliance & Security team is looking for an experienced Security Analyst/FSO to join us. In this role, you will work closely with the Security team to develop and implement strategies that enhance security across the company. You'll have the opportunity to ensure the day-to-day physical and personnel security of our facilities, ensuring that all security procedures are followed. As a team member, you'll be able to independently contribute to a dynamic and exciting work environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO), Contractor Security Officer (CSO), or contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), managing the physical security of multiple facilities in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 NIPSOM Rule and ICD 705 requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage personnel security clearance requirements in accordance with SEAD 3 and all applicable regulations
  • Lead and participate in government security reviews/assessments/audits, conduct and document government-required self-inspections/assessments, and drive corrective actions
  • Interact with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other government entities
  • Conduct and document investigations into security violations and incidents, and ensure timely reporting as applicable by government requirements and corporate policies
  • Support required security awareness education for uncleared and cleared employees
  • Review contracts and DD254s for Security requirements and work with the Contracts team and program management to ensure compliance
  • Act as lead Security POC/Subject Matter Expert for assigned program/s and provide support, guidance, and training to applicable groups.
  • Perform COMSEC Manager duties and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing physical security in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule and ICD 705 requirements, serving as an FSO, Assistant FSO, Contractor Site Security Manager (CSSR), Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), and/or Contractor Security Officer (CSO)
  • Completion of the Facility Security Officer (FSO) courses and certification through the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE)
  • Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, SEAD 3, Adjudicative Guidelines, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
  • Experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS), eAPP (electronic SF86), NBIS (National Background Investigative Services), Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT), National Industrial Security System (NISS), and other security forms and security management databases
  • Experience managing COMSEC and complying with all government requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues to groups outside of your team or those who are unfamiliar with the topic
  • Have confidence and be able to easily build relationships with leadership and colleagues outside of your team
  • Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions and come up with out-of-the-box solutions
  • Be proactive in providing feedback and be enthusiastic in sharing your knowledge with others
  • Capable of prioritizing your own tasks and potentially the tasks of others while making sure deadlines are met

We’ll also need you to:

  • Be able to travel up 10%
  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Work Environment:

This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer. The role typically requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer.
