What We’re Looking For:
In this newly created role, you will manage an existing powerhouse team and build out a new functional group of engineers to nearly triple the current size over the course of the next two years. As an Associate Director in charge of Continuous Integration and Automated Test Engineering, you will lead all aspects of the continuous integration and automated test of software for the Iridium satellite transceiver product line including managing feature backlogs related to CI and test enhancements, representing all related technical topics, communicating across the company at all levels about status and progress, and leading efficiency-driven value creation throughout the product delivery process. Experience in team building, agile methods, development operations, and software for embedded systems is critical to success in this position.
