    Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    The IT team is seeking a Project Coordinator intern for the summer of 2020. As a Project Coordinator Intern, you apply your current field of study to real life work experience, and gain experience working in a professional team environment.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Project activities such as Scheduling, gathering requirements, documentation, research, etc

    • Assist with business process reviews and process documentation

    • SharePoint / Teams and ServiceNow Systems support requests overflow

    • Miscellaneous tasks as needed

    Professional Skills to be Acquired: 

    • On-the-job work experience related to the current field of study
    • Experience working with financial and other business applications
    • Understanding of business process flows and decisions
    • Project initiation and execution
    • Collaboration; experience in a team environment
    • Multi-tasking and prioritizing

    Experience & Education Requirements / EEO

    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
    • Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university working on a bachelor degree or a graduate degree in communications or similar degree program
    • Technical working experience; ability to navigate basic collaboration software
    • Exposure to Microsoft Office products
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Desire to learn and willingness to be trained
    • Interest in aerospace and/or telecommunications
