    Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    The Commercial Billing team is seeking a Revenue Assurance intern for the summer of 2020. As a Revenue Assurance Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about revenue behavior, reconciliations, reporting, trends, and data-management using databases and Business Intelligent tools, advanced formulas and feed capabilities between databases and/or other Excel files.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Billing Processing and Validation

    • Revenue Reporting

    • Trend Tracking

    • Data Analysis

    • Various Reconciliations to Manage Revenue Leakage

    • Administrative Task such as: Data Entry, Customer Profile Maintenance,

    • Investigate, Resolve, and Communicate Billing Disputes for Internal and External Customers.

    Experience & Education Requirements / EEO

    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
    • Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university working on a bachelor degree or a graduate degree in business administration
    • Microsoft Excel Experience
    • Large Data and Database Knowledge
    • Exposure to Business Intelligent / Data Visualization Tools
    • Intro to SQL
    • Intro to VBA Coding
    • Interest in aerospace and/or telecommunications
